How do I place an order?To place an order, take a screenshot of your cart and WhatsApp it to 87331681. Payment instructions will be sent to you and once your payment is processed, your order will be ready for dispatch.

When will I receive my items?Orders are dispatched every Tuesday. Order before Friday to receive your items the following week.

Do you have a physical shop?Currently, we online have an online store and app. This helps us to give you the best deals and discounts.

Can I refund/exchange my items?Any faulty items can be swapped. Our delivery partner will assist in collecting the faulty items if any for swapping. However, items need to be in their original condition. We do not offer refunds unless there is a scenario where items cannot be exchanged.
